- Promotion Period
This offer is valid for new enrolments commencing between 10 March 2026 and 30 April 2026, subject to availability. - Eligibility
- The offer is available to families eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
- Families must enrol on a permanent booking of at least two (2) days per week at Montessori Steps.
- Families must maintain their enrolment for a minimum of eight (8) consecutive weeks (the Minimum Term).
- Application of Fee-Free Weeks
- Eligible families will receive up to four (4) weeks of fee-free childcare, applied as a service-fee credit in the eighth (8th) week of continuous enrolment.
- The credit will be processed in Montessori Steps’ childcare management system as an account adjustment.
- The credit is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to any other service.
- Account Status
To qualify for the credit, the family’s account must remain up to date and fully paid throughout the promotional period until the credit is applied. - Compliance with CCS Reporting
All credits will be reported and applied in accordance with Child Care Subsidy (CCS) requirements and Department of Education advertising rules. Montessori Steps will ensure the discount is correctly reflected in CCS fee reporting. - Exclusions
- The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
- This offer is available for new enrolments only and cannot be backdated or transferred to another child or family.
- Cancellation Policy
If enrolment is cancelled or reduced before completing the 8-week Minimum Term, the value of the 4 weeks of fee-free care will be forfeited and any outstanding balance will become payable immediately. - General Conditions
- Montessori Steps reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- It is a condition of enrolment and participation in this promotion that families adhere to and comply with all service policies and procedures.
