Our educators are the heart of Montessori Steps. With an average tenure of long-standing staff, they provide children with stability, consistency, and trusted relationships that support confident, secure learning. This continuity is rare in early childhood education and deeply valued by families.

All educators hold or are actively working toward an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, and maintain current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training. Every staff member also holds a valid Working with Children Check, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.

Our experienced leadership team provides strong educational guidance and supports a culture of continuous improvement across the centre. They work closely with educators to ensure our authentic Montessori approach is thoughtfully integrated with the EYLF and VEYLDF, while fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
